Yellowstone Trailer Rentals

By renting or using any trailer from Yellowstone Trailer Rentals (“Company,” “we,” “us”), the renter (“Customer,” “you”) agrees to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. ELIGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS

• Renter must be 18 years or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

• Renter must provide valid insurance and a capable tow vehicle.

• Only authorized drivers listed on the rental agreement may operate the trailer.

• Tow vehicle must have proper hitch, safety chains, lights, and braking capability.

2. RENTAL PERIOD

• Rental periods are based on 24-hour increments unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• The trailer must be returned by the agreed return time.

• Early returns do not qualify for refunds.

• Late returns may be charged additional daily rental fees.

3. PAYMENTS & SECURITY DEPOSIT

• Full payment is required before the trailer is released.

• A refundable security deposit is required at booking or pickup.

• We accept major credit/debit cards and approved online payment methods.

• Deposits will be refunded after inspection, provided no damage, loss, or late fees apply.

• Customer authorizes Yellowstone Trailer Rentals to charge the card on file for unpaid balances, damages, cleaning fees, or late fees.

4. CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

• Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours notice.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to the full rental amount.

• Weather does not qualify for a free cancellation unless approved by the Company.

5. USE & OPERATING RULES

• Trailer must be used legally and safely at all times.

• Do not overload the trailer. Weight limits must be strictly followed.

• No hazardous, illegal, or prohibited materials are allowed.

• Heavy materials (concrete, rock, dirt, etc.) require prior approval.

• Renter assumes full responsibility for proper loading and securement of cargo.

• Maximum recommended towing speed is 55 MPH unless otherwise stated.

6. DELIVERY & PICKUP

• Delivery and pickup services are available for an additional fee.

• Renter must provide a safe, accessible delivery and pickup location.

• Trailer is not automatically retrieved—customer must request pickup.

• Failure to schedule pickup may result in additional rental charges.

7. DAMAGE, LOSS & LIABILITY

• Renter is fully responsible for all damage, theft, loss, or misuse during the rental period.

• This includes tires, wheels, lights, hydraulics, frame damage, and cleaning costs.

• If the trailer is stolen or deemed a total loss, renter is responsible for full replacement value.

• Damage waivers (if offered) do not cover negligence, misuse, or unauthorized loads.

• Accidents or theft must be reported immediately to Yellowstone Trailer Rentals and law enforcement.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Yellowstone Trailer Rentals, its owners, and employees from any claims, damages, injuries, losses, or legal actions arising from the use of the trailer.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Yellowstone Trailer Rentals is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including project delays or lost income.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in Texas courts.

11. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, along with the signed rental agreement, constitute the entire agreement between the parties.Add text here
